• 300 (20 × 15) sq ft of flooring, 1 hatch and ladder, 2 lights and 1 switch – COST £1,095
• 1 hatch and ladder to fit loft opening up to 9’ 6" – COST £335

All of the above prices are inclusive of VAT and include installation. We can also increase the size of the hatch or create a new hatch in a more convenient place at no extra cost.

Optional Extras:

We can also supply and fit Velux windows, which come in 6 different sizes with prices starting at £575 inclusive of VAT.
